A ledger you can actually search
Every entry grouped by day, with search, filters and a running total. Add, edit or delete in a couple of taps, and enter several at once.
Splits with the people you share with
Split an expense 50/50 or any way you like, invite someone to a shared group, and settle up. Shared through iCloud, between you and the people you invite.
Insights and forecasting
Category breakdowns, net-trend charts, an annualized view of your fixed commitments, and a forecast of where the month lands.
Bills that remind you
Recurring rules post to the ledger on schedule, and optional reminders tell you before something is due. All scheduled on your device.

Import and export
Import a CSV statement from your bank — parsed on your device, reviewed by you before anything is saved. Export everything back out as CSV whenever you like.

On supported devices, Apple Intelligence turns your spending into plain-language insights. The model runs on your iPhone — nothing is uploaded.

Private because of how it's built
PennyPilot has no accounts and no servers. There is nowhere for us to send your finances, because there is no "us" on the other end.
No account, ever
You don't sign up. There's no email, no password, and no profile.
No analytics, no ads, no trackers
The app contains no advertising, no analytics SDK and no third-party trackers.
Your iCloud, not ours
Turn on sync and your data is mirrored to your own private iCloud database under your Apple Account. We have no access to it.
